A Jacksonville native committed to individualized, compassionate care.
Dr. Azi grew up in Jacksonville and graduated from Stanton College Preparatory High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology and molecular genetics from UCLA and received her DDS degree from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors in 2004.
Her experience has reinforced a simple principle: every patient should be treated individually because no single mouth is made the same. Her goal is to provide care and compassion that help patients maintain healthy teeth for life.
Outside the practice, Dr. Azi enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, trying different kinds of food and exercising.
